German car wrap firm CCG Automotive has given the Dodge Challenger SRT-8 a unique look as well as some serious tuning under the hood. Created as the company's demo model, the wrap job features a combination of flashy green and carbon-white colors with contrasting elements in black. LSD wing doors were also added and the front fenders were widened for the three-piece black painted Asanti wheels in sizes 9x22 and 10x22 inches with Pirelli Scorpion Zero Rollers in the dimensions 265/35R22 and 295/30R22. But it's not all about one extravagant wrap job. The company from Monschau also worked over the engine to increase power output from the standard 425hp (317 kW / 431 PS) and 420 lb-ft (569 Nm) of torque to 600hp (447 kW / 608 PS) and 470 lb-ft (638 Nm) of torque. This was accomplished by increasing displacement of the 6.1-liter HEMI-V8 engine to 7.0-liters via a stroker kit. a gas guzzler for sure, however, CCG has reeled in the econmy fact by installing a PRINS Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) system which includes two carburetors and a 120-liter tank. Pushed to the limit the Challenger easily exceeds 300 km/h (186 mph) but not before CCG upgraded the notoriously poor suspension with an adjustable KW coilover system. CCG also devoted attention to the interior by covering all cheap looking plastic surfaces, seats, dashboard and headliner with neatly stitched Alcantara and leather in anthracite/black. Red seams and edge piping provide a nice contrast. For tunes, the factory-installed MyGIG hard disk audio system with Radio, CD/DVD player and Touch screen as well as the SRT Option Package II with 13 Kicker SRT high-performance loudspeakers, a 322-watt Kicker SRT amplifier and a 200-watt Kicker SRT subwoofer provide top end sound quality.
